About Daniel Pittaro

Daniel Pittaro joined Foresite Commercial Realty as a Sales Associate. Throughout Dan’s 35 years in commercial real estate he has developed a diverse background in sales and leasing, property management, development including commercial condominium conversions, construction and managerial accounting and business operations.

Dan most recently spent 13 years as the Director of Operations for Bellevue Properties Group of Hammonton, NJ where he managed a real estate portfolio of office, industrial and retail space in excess of 1,000,000 square feet. His responsibilities included lease negotiations and renewals, tenant retention, as well as manager of development projects for many local high profile redevelopment projects. He successfully negotiated long term leases in excess of $20 million.

Concurrent with his time at Bellevue Properties, Dan was licensed for more than 20 years with Vanguard Property Group. During this time he represented both buyers/tenants as well as sellers/landlord in many commercial transactions

Dan has served as the Executive Vice President of the Greater Mainland Chamber of Commerce as well as served on the Board of Directors of the Hammonton Chamber of Commerce.
