About Jordan Stephens

Jordan Stephens will be the newest addition to the Foresite Commercial Realty team in Northfield, NJ where he will be providing clients with brokerage services. While bringing into the firm a broad industry exposure and a client centered focus, his areas of expertise will include both landlord and tenant representation. His services include providing value-added leasing and disposition solutions to both existing and future assets. He will provide clients with both locating and negotiating potential investment opportunities across all market sectors including retail, office, industrial and multi-family properties. Mr. Stephens has experience across various geographic territories in the United States including Greater Philadelphia, New Jersey, Tampa Bay, and the entire West Coast of FL.

He formerly served as an associate for Franklin Street Real Estate Services in Tampa, FL where he focused on Landlord Services with a regional district of West Coast, FL. His expertise of the Tampa Bay Metro market included the representation of shopping centers, retail and restaurant leasing, and representing buyers in the acquisition of investment properties.

Mr. Stephens began his career working as an associate for InterState Commercial Real Estate in Mount Laurel, NJ where he assisted principals with the management, leasing and administration of a real estate portfolio consisting of over 2 million square feet of retail and office properties. In addition to performing full service operations, he assisted with all phases of due diligence for the acquisition and development of projects including the sourcing of sites for preferred retail clients.

While completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Drexel University in 2016, Mr. Stephens successfully obtained his real estate license for the states of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida. He has been a member of ICSC since 2016. He enjoys spending his free time with family, golfing, and weekends in St. Petersburg, FL.
